Very nice. Your not playing around with small production here.

A buddy of mine ask me to start making these since Gopher went out of business like 5 years ago. I bought a spincast setup to be able to make whatever I want. Figured I would help recoup some of my costs by making things like this.

What's the ratio of sprue to heads?  Looks like there would be a lot of lead left in the mold.  I think it's a cool setup, just a curiosity question.

Next time I cast I will post a picture of what it looks like.  Every time you cast you end up with a wheel that looks like a bicycle crank. The heads break off with minimal twisting and you then just throw the bicycle lead crank back into the pot.

I know it’s a cool setup and how the really high production lead/hard bait producers get high volume. Cast industries, for instance. Here’s a link that was made showcasing their industry but also answers many questions about volume production and spincasting for those members that may have limited knowledge about that process.

Here is what the tube heads look like coming out of the mold. Since the sprues are so small the heads either just fall off or the twist off very easy.
