woodsac Posted November 24, 2004 Report Share Posted November 24, 2004 Hey Bummer, it's definately worth it. When you figure about $9 a quart at Wal-Mart vs. $25 a gallon at the auto parts. That's a huge savings! Don't worry if you won't use it all at once. It's got a pretty good shelf life. I had some in the bottom of a can for about 6 months (I forgot I had it) and it was still good. I'm pretty sure the gallon stuff I'm buying is also Bondo brand. Some places might sale the one that says 'Marine Resin'. It's the exact same stuff. weighinalimit Posted November 25, 2004 Report Share Posted November 25, 2004 try the phone book, there's a place not far from me that does fiberglass work (they make satellite dishes and storm shelters) and the owner sells resin to me for $18.75 a gallon and he carries all kinds of cloth. I like to go there cause he fills a jug out of the shop stock while you wait, so you know it's always fresh stuff! worth looking at anyway.
