champb Posted November 26, 2004 Report Share Posted November 26, 2004 I have a question for all who may have painted with vinyl paints or anyone who may have any suggestions. I am dip painting jigging spoons in white waterbased vinyl paint through components systems. I am wanting to add some detail, stripes on the back with an airbrush for a nice added effect to the jigging spoon. I have not purchased my airbrush but I think it will be the Paasche VL. Was wondering if I use the createx paint for this purpose, I like the choice of colors and the ease of getting this paint, if there will be any adverse effect on the white vinyl water based paint. I plan on clear coating dipping in clear vinyl waterbased paint by component systems. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreacited.
