kvillebasser
Do you guys know of a good face shield that I could buy that would protect my face when going down the lake early on those cold mornings? I fished a B.A.S.S. tournament earlier this year, and there was a guy there who handed out these fliers on his face shield. They were very nice, but now that I'm interested in buying one, I cant remember the name or where to find them on the web! Thanks for you input! Tally
You may not have the room if you are the draw partner, but I use a full face motorcycle helmet. It stays in my boat 100% of the time. Not only is great for the cold days but even better on those rainy days. Tally
Nathan
Seems like i've seen those face shields in the Bass Pro catalog in the boat supplies section..Nathan
BassnG3
I have one of the face shields listed in Bass Pro Shops they work well but are fragile when stored, they crack easy . If you have the room there is nothing better than a helmet with full face shield. 'Tis the season Scott
weighinalimit
WWW.SAVEPHACE.COM, looks real neat but I'll stick to a full face helmet(alot cheaper 129.00>65.00) and it covers your whole head just in case your partner can't cast well. lol
Markell
My vote is for the motorcycle helmet. It is bulky but well worth it if you need it.
basskat
Had a partner in the March BFL tournament that had one of those face sheilds. When we hit 70 it flattened against his face, his nose looked like a big ole boar hog's! Get the full face helment. It'll keep your head much warmer and dry in rain. D.J.
The Fish Hedz are the way to go in my opinion. Yes they are a little expensive, but they work, and they are quick to take on and off. They are super lite weight and they store very easily. I put my hood of my frogg toggs on first and then put the mask on. It works great :!:
