BobP
I have a friend who wants some shallow crankbaits with PCB or Micarta lips to get the thinnest most deflective lip possible. I usually build with Lexan. I can't find a commercial source for either PCB or Micarta via a Google search. I don't live behind an electronics factory or a knife factory either Does anyone know a good source for either material? I'm talking small batch order - maybe enough for a couple of dozen baits. Any help appreciated.

TBait
http://store.yahoo.com/ecomplastics/epglasmicnem.html I believe the epoxy glass green stuff is what you want
Charles Mitchell
BobP, I have purchased some at a place in TN called World of Plastic. I think that they stores in several different locations. Do not know about your location. If you will email me I probably would have enough to do a few baits. BobP
Guys, thanks for the leads. While Googling circuit board and micarta, I was frustrated that most sources were only selling industrial quantities, or at larger panels of material. BUT I ran into an amateur rocketry site that sells G10 (fiberglass matrix with epoxy bonding) in smaller quantities with decent prices. They even had sheets less than 1/16" thick (what I was looking for). www.asp-rocketry.com/buildingmaterials.html
