RiverSmallieGuy
I have a simple question. I am using the KBS Diamond Finish Aerosol can on the threadfin shad glider I posted on the gallery last night, and I am currently on coat number 3, and I think it would need 5-7, but I am not 100% sure. What do y'all think? Braden Edited March 2, 2022 by RiverSmallieGuy

What do y'all think? Braden I decided on 4 thick coats of the KBS. I was laying the coats on as thick as I could without it running. It takes a little longer to dry, as the coats are thicker, so I am going to let it dry overnight and while I am at school tomorrow, so it's going to be very very dry. The lure is getting very glossy and smooth with 4, and it maintained all of the carved detailIts supposed to be like 75-80 degrees tomorrow where I am at, so it will definitely be dry. I will post the clear coated and assembled lure in the gallery! Braden

I am just bass fishing with it. Good insight though, thanks man! Braden
