Victory 11786BN Hook

Hello!

First off, a big thank you to all the many contributors in this community. I've learned tons about tackle making just from reading through everyone's posts and comments!

I am curious to know, has anyone here tried the Victory 11786BN hooks?
They appear to be interchangeable with the popular Mustad 32786, only these from Victory are a sickle style hook. Would this hook work well for pitching into laydowns and brush piles?

I have been building micro jigs with Victory's light wire aberdeen hooks and so far am impressed - they are very sharp right out of the package.

I use them and they've been great.  Very sharp and seem to stay sharp.  I use them in smaller 3/0 for shaky heads all the way to 7/0 (maybe 8/0) for my magnum shaky heads and have nothing but good things to say about them.

I use several myself. Have not seen where they hang any more than a round bend or wide gap.

I haven't found those hooks bigger than a 6/0. I have the 10786 which is the round bend version and it is on par with the Mustad 32786.

Thank you for the replies. The next mold I buy (probably a smaller banana jig or snootie jig mold), I think I'll give some of these hooks a try.

That's because I had the wrong hook in my mind  I was thinking of the 10413 which comes in 7/0.  I have both the 11786BN in 3/0 for shaky heads and the 10413 in 7/0 for the magnum heads.
