circadian
Hi there. I'm trying to make my own salmon & steelhead beads for float fishing. I started experimenting with Plastisol and hardener with some injection molds, but I can't seem to get the hardness that I want. I tried as much as two tablespoons of hardener in a cup of Plastisol, and it still cured to a rubbery consistency. Is there a better chemical I can use other than Plastisol to make hard beads that is injection mold friendly? Or is there something I can coat the rubbery beads with after they cure to make them solid? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

JayBead
Oooooh I’m here to do the same thing.. My goal is to make 10-12-14mm beads with some egg cluster beads as well I’ve only tried the MaxSol medium hardness and it’s way too soft almost squishes by squeezing I’m gonna try some lurecraft 502 hoping to get a more stiff consistency
