jigmaster
Good morning, all Any idea who manufactures the nylon fiber matl that weedguards are made from? I would think it comes in long strands....and you would cut and fuse it. Any thoughts? Regards jigmaster www.daimonlures.com

tubetragger
Hi bryan ....how's it going, you might want to try looking at the brush and broom manufacturing industry....alot of brooms have nylon fibers that have different levels of stiffness and I believe they could be fused together to make weedguards. I checked out my nylon broom in my workshop and compared it to the weed guards that I use(pro's choice black FG-30X medium) and they were almost the same and 4" long. I hope this helps.....jeff http://www.textilefiberspace.com/a/tx7030.html
