Nimrod
Devcon has proven to not be worm proof on some of the jigheads I've made. Is there another clear topcoat that is 100% worm proof (twistertails, shad bodies, etc.) that will stop my paint jobs from being ruined 24 hours after putting plastics on them? Maybe something to put over the Devcon?
LedHed
You might want to try powder paint on your jigs. Check out the tutorial.

Pop
Component systems make a clear coat, I believe it is two part, that is worm proof. It has been a very long time since I have used it, but I remember it working just fine. I don't know if it will work on top of anything other than vinyl paint. You should give them a call.
