Skeeter
Pactra acrylic lacquer is good paint. Thin it 3 to 1 (3 parts paint and 1 part thinner) and shoot it around 22 to 24 psi. Skeeter

Celticav
Createx is hard to beat for acyrlics, but for the price Testors is Great. I love Testors enamels; they spray nice and have superb color. With lacquer I lean toward the auto paints like PPG or BASF. JIM

Lure--Prof
I like Createx, it is RTU and consistant quality, simplifying the painting process, and being water-based, clean-up is simple and use is not nearly as toxic as solvent-based paints.
