stoner51 Posted March 24, 2023 Report Share Posted March 24, 2023 I'm fairly new to tackle making less than a year. Ive been making my own spinnerbaits. My problem is the skirt doesn't flow behind the spinnerbait all the time Sometimes (a lot of times) the skirt will get hung up around the head. I was using probably too much skirt material. Now I have cut back to probably 1 1/2 tabs. I noticed It still does it. Looking for advice. Or maybe this is normal. I'm using a 1/2oz hidden weight cnc mold I have. .035 wire R wire form, a 3 and a 4 to 4.5 hildebrant blade. The skirt material is silicone from living rubber or barlows.
