Senkosam
I wish more people would experiment like you did by fusing two baits together to make a unique design. http://senkosam.blogspot.com/ (Does the link work?)

Link works great, baits look good! Question about your molds that were shown are they plaster with epoxy or some other material? Senkosam
plaster with Valspar gloss coat - (water soluble, in a can at Home Depot or Lowes. Doesn't peel like Mod Podge, goes on easy, cures in 30 min.)
NJFishRGuy
SenkoSAM, I'm interested in why the Valspar Gloss Coat instead of epoxy? What impresses me is the even coat and the high gloss sheen. Does it spray on or paint on? How long does it take to dry?
Senkosam
Comes in a can (like paint), brushes on, cleans up with water, dries in 40 minutes - ready to pour. Haven't had to recoat in 6 months, so far. Maybe not as good as epoxy, but easy to use and cheaper. I've even forgotten to put the lid back on and the stuff was still good the next day. NJFishRGuy
Thanks, I'm going to give it a try. I found in the one mold I've made so far that I had trouble applying the epoxy well due to its thickness, even when thinned with alcohol.
