bigbasser
So far I have had good results mixing all of the above after cooking the plastic. I have heard of guys putting ingredients in before they cook it. What purpose would that serve? Thanks

GB GONE
Some colors require you to add them prior to heating as with some flourescent colors and other (in my experience only) mix better when added before heating. My black, brown and crayfish colors all seem to disperse through the plastic better if added prior to heating. otherwise I get larger "clumps" of color. The effect is cool, but not what I'm going for many times. These are just my experiences and you may have different ones depending on your color supplier. I use LC and M-F. I'll go with civic on the salt and glitter, I add them at the end of heating my plastic, stir well, microwave for another 20 seconds (or so) and start pouring after another quick stir.
