camrynekai
When I was in business I strived to have uniformity in my pours. So when dealing with glitter and pearls I used gun powder measuring cups. They come in kits that range from .2cc-5cc, .2cc is about the size of a pencil eraser. Between counting drops of liquid color and measuring glitter and pearls, you can have the same exact color every time.

badfish03
Is there one supplier that outshines the others for the pearls and highlights? I haven't bought any yet but will be looking at them soon and I really wouldn't like to reinvent the wheel on these. Robert
nova
I use measuring spoons. If you look around long enough you'll find that you can get them down to 1/16 tsp.
charkins
I use measuring spoons as well. Gives good consistency. Cal
