gawski
What colors do I use to pour a natural shrimp color?
badfish03
What color are the shrimp in your area? I've seen several different colors of them along the TX coast from nearly white w/blueish pink highlights to a dark brown color. Most of the standard fare grass shrimp run a honey brown color but it is dependent on water clarity and where the shrimp are found. If they are in the grass they tend to blend with it, if they are in sandy areas they tend to be much lighter in color. Best bet may be to figure out what color you want the bait to be then search through the Sticky: Soft Plastic Cookbook at the top of the Soft Plastic Forum to see if it is listed. If not then describe what you are looking for and then ask your question. Hope this helps Robert

nova
Try one drop of orange with a little white pearl powder in 4 oz plastic.
GB GONE
I like 1 or 2 drops of amber or pumpkinseed with white pearl in 6oz of plastic!!! Start with one drop of your "dark" color and pour a bait. If it looks good, go on...if not add another drop til you get the shade you want.
