I would like to know how much hardener to add to 4 oz ofCalhoun plastic. The hardener that I received from LURECRAFT is very thick. alsworms Posted February 22, 2005 Report Share Posted February 22, 2005 I only use the hardener for saltwater swimbaits, and I add it "as is". Just make sure you shake the *&%$ out of the container before pouring. Measurements are really tough because that stuff is a very thick gooey-like substance, so I really can't say how much I add. I just guess. I usually try to have a couple pre-mixed gallons set aside just for swimbaits. I would like to know if some of the other guys mix that stuff with worm oil or some other additive though.
