alsworms Posted March 3, 2005 Report Share Posted March 3, 2005 Here's what works for me: Blue Neon Per ounce of plastic: 2 drops blue 1 drop black 1/8 teaspoon blue hi-lite powder Same recipe for all the neon colors.
