kidlizard
Anyone tell me who makes the largest worm binder? I need a high capacity one for all the plastics I carry in my boat. Or does anyone have any better suggestions for organizing your plastics? I was thinking about making some kind of system where you could use a hole punch on the bottom of the bags and hook them to the bottom of a box or something along that line...... Of course they would have to be worm proof bags with the large seal around the edge before you could punch them. Any thoughts???
dtrs5kprs
Have tried a lot of things...from throwing them into the boxes loose, to all the various bags. Best 2 I have found: 1) Magnum Tackle Logic wraps, for all sizes plastic, used without bags or rings. Just cram 'em full of baits, aip 'em, and throw 'em in the storage box 2) Plano makes a stowaway box that is a single large cavity...same idea, just jam it full of bags. Can get between 20 and 40 bags or so in each box. With the new latches these are even better.
clemmy
I figure one of the advantages of pouing your own is being able to afford/have available a wide variety of color choices...for me I like to try to match the bottom color with various shades of pumpkin/watermelon/grn. pumpkin etc...Then i use the water clarity as a starting point for color of tail/glitter vein based on visability in murky/stained, natural in clear...ends up being alot of baits... what works for me is the falcon worm bags...they make 3 sizes...here's the largest...a double:
charkins
I just bought the Bass Pro Shops Extreme Jumbo Double Worm Binder. It is a pretty big bag. It even has a shoulder strap. I like it. Cal

BigZ
I have the double jumbo extreme like Cal, it holds a ton of baits, has little pockets for hooks, weight, swivels, etc. I like the bag and it holds about 1000 worms but mine is getting beat up after about 7-8 months of use. badfish03
I'm frugal by nature (cheap ) I've just been using those rubbermaid containers that are about the size of a shoebox you can put about 12-20 bags of worms in each one. Then they go into another larger rubbermaid container, forgrt the name of it, but it has a black top and red handles on the side that lock down and make it waterproof. (I think it is called the outdoors locker or something like that) Anyway it holds about 6 of the shoebox size containers. I just switch out the ones I usually need for the trip be it saltwater or freshwater. I usually end up using one or two colors and styles of plastics even though I carry 30-40 Robert
charkins
It comes with 10 pages in each side, but I believe it will hold another 10 on each side. I am going to Bass Pro Saturday to get some more pages and will be able to tell you when I get back. Cal
