Jann's Netcraft sells unpainted Norman crankbaits. If a person buys this product and paints it a color Norman doesn't have, is it still called a Norman or something else? [/quote'] Once you "buy" someone else's product, you can name it anything you want to (unless it's someone elses trade mark) and resell it, unless they have a rule saying they won't sell to you if you do. If Norman makes the unpainted cranks for Jann's, then they can even be called Norman if you resale them with a custom paint job That's what I'd call them "Norman Custom's, by Rodney" :-) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
