Jann's Netcraft sells unpainted Norman crankbaits. If a person buys this product and paints it a color Norman doesn't have, is it still called a Norman or something else? [/quote'] Once you "buy" someone else's product, you can name it anything you want to (unless it's someone elses trade mark) and resell it, unless they have a rule saying they won't sell to you if you do.
