Pop
Just got a 4" fluke mold from Del. Real nice mold. Only problem I am having is pouring the tail. Any suggestions? Thanks, Pop
nova
Warm mold, steady hands, and lots of practice.
rollas
Pop do you have any finished that you can show me a picture of? Also what did you pay for the mold $60 or more. What colours are you trying for? Shane
Pop
Go to http://www.del-mart.com/ and you can see the mold and the pricing. Just click the on line store and you will see all the molds that are available. I just received my mold yesterday and poured a few last night. I will need to practice some because the tail is a little (ok very) difficult to pour at least for me. I'm sure some of the more experienced people on this sight have it down pat. Delw
The best way to do the tail until you get the hang of puoring is to pour the body then take a tooth pick and run it up the tail from the body. Delw
