Was kinda tricky but can't wait for the vice. Tell me what you think as for I'm new and want to do it right the first time. Thanks Robby. VARick Posted April 18, 2005 Report Share Posted April 18, 2005 For not having a vice you did a great job. I couldn't see if you had another hackle on the backside.. ie one on each of the 3 sides. Should work well for you.. you'll get some good action with the hackle tied to be furled to the outside (up), they'll come back down on retrieve and splay back out on a pause. I know how to tie a half hitch but still don't know what you mean : I have a tool named a ty-master it's a double hook thingy like a dentist tool but the hell if I could figure it out, although I did get a piece of chicken out of my teeth with it LOL.
