civicdx Posted June 23, 2005 Report Share Posted June 23, 2005 there really isnt just one best top coat but the favorites around here are devcon,e-tex, and flex coat i use devcon it has a hard finish and goes on thicker e-tex and flex coat are softer and will go on thinner i put the lure on a spinner and brush it on with cheap paint brushes.
