alsworms
From what I understand, they have actually moved to LaGrange, IN. I haven't heard anything about them being sold?? The old number should be available again some time next week. The temporary number to call for orders is: 260-463-2687. I'm sure this is the reason for the delay in your order, but a little notice from them sure would have been nice.
borderbasser
I placed an order with LC about two weeks ago. The man I talked to said he had just bought the business. He said that he was the same guy who has PourBoyPlastics. It took about a week and a half to get my order shiped due to their moving of the business, but he seemed like a friendly guy to do business with. Senkosam
Wonder if prices will remain the same and if suggestions and concerns will be addressed. Dave and the lady who answered the phone, seemed to not be interested. I hope he changes plastic, for the good of his company!
Mojo
If I'm not mistaken Pourboy Plastics is in San Diego.

texasbass1
I place and order a couple of weeks ago and got an e-mail that they were waiting for one item. The e-mail was from Kim. The return address is for PoorBoy/Lurecraft in LaGrange IN.
pourboyplastics
It must be the one in IN because I am the owner of Pourboy Plastics here in San Diego and we didn't buy LC.

borderbasser
My bad Brad. I didn't realize it was "poorboy" and not "pourboy". Sorry for the confusion. By the way Brad, I looked at YOUR site the other day. Awesome Beavers!
texasbass1
I know that some have had customer service issues with LC but they have always been good to me.
Poor Boy's Woman
This is Kim with LureCraft and Poor Boy's Baits. The rumors are true and I will write more later but have to finish processing orders today. All comments, suggestions and disappointments are welcome. By the way, after 12 rounds with the phone company last night the '800' number is now working!!! Thanks! Kim
woodsac
Kim, thanks for taking the time to comment If you do a little research here, you'll find that LC is either loved or hated Just the fact that you are addressing problems shows a huge improvement in customer service and your desire to want to support them! As a LC customer, thank you
