kidlizard
I have never even tried, but I know G8R has some really great looking plastics with eyes pouring into them. How is this done? Whats the cost, where do you get them and all that ussual stuff. I would like to give it a try. Anyone with any thought on the subject, please enlighten me....Thanks John
alsworms
I may be wrong, but I don't believe the eyes are poured in. I think most of them are stickers purchased at Lure Craft. Chirmy was kind enough to send me one of his lizard molds and I've been having a ball adding eyes to them. I just use the Pro Soft Bait Glue to attach them. Works great Chris
SRPLASTICS
WTP Inc. is the best place to get eyes, http://www.wtp-inc.com/lure_eyes.html visit their web site, request a catalog, prices are unbeatable since they manufacture them. The molded 3D eyes have adheasive backs but I reccommend using the Pro Soft Bait Glue which is specifically made for this application. redg8r
The eyes you see on my pours are painted on. But I do use WTP eyes, both vinyl and holographic foil eyes & Ditto on the Pro's Soft Bait Glue, it is an excellent glue for soft plastics, I was skeptical, but it does work well.
