whitley
How do you pour different colors. I tried it and the baits split apart where the two colors meet.
Delw
whitley There are a few ways to do it. One simple way is to pour one color then pour the other colors right after. You need to have your plastic hot so they will fuse together. A few other ways that are time consuming. but give the best results heat your molds up to about 200 degrees and then pour the colors in. The plastic will flow and bond very nice and smooth. The best way is far the most time consuming even with multiple molds. Put you molds on a griddle and keep them very warm, pour your colors and let them flow then take the molds off the griddle. The oven method works better than a griddle. pour your molds when they are hot then stick the bait in the mold just so the plstic stays warm, after a few mins pull them out. the plastic will flow to where it looks like a perfect transition between colors. Experiment with it you will be suprised at the results. Delw
