Paul
Hi Guys I realize most of you live in the US - but I have seen a few fellow Canadians on the board...I have been told the following from several of the lure making supply shops in Canada. The Canadian HASMAT and WHIMIS product handling regulations state that these resins are to be treated as hazardous goods and thus must be shipped that way. Canada Post does not permit any hazardous goods and UPS and FEDEX may ship some with hazardous goods with a "hazardous goods surcharge". The safest way to ship these items is to have them skidded and shipped via truck. Cabelas and Bass Pro Shops will not ship this material into Canada for these reasons. I would like to get into making worms ect - but how do I get the supplies without paying big $? Any ideas??
chirmy
Paul, Did they stop the scents I sent you? Do they even look at the stuff I ship you for that matter. Read my email.
Tubeman
I dont sell it, but Lurecraft will ship to you in Canada. I have had no problems getting plastisol, glitter and colors via air mail. We were in the process of researching the idea to resell plastisol, but legislation and potential liabilities made it an unwise venture.
