borderbasser
Does anyone know if black neon is just black with red flake? Does it have any highlight in it? All the pics I have seen online just look like black with red flake. While I'm on the subject of highlights, I'm still pretty new at this and have yet to order any highlights. I was wondering just exactly what effect it has on the bait. Does it completely change the color of the bait? Some of the baits I have seen that supposedly have highlights in them have somewhat of a swirled look about them. Is this the desired effect? Thanks in advance for any help TJ
nova
Black neon is simply a very dark black with lots of red flake. Highlites are designed to simply do just that; highlite the color. But as you get used to using them you can come up with other effects. Don't forget your color chart(red + blue = green etc).

nova
You can mix primary colors to get another color. Go to colortools.net.
