It's a tackle box of sorts that hangs around your neck. This one also looks like it's a winner. Wondering if anyone owns or has used one. I'm pretty interested in this one as well as the item in my previous post. I've always liked to wade and since my back injury I sometimes can only bank fish or wade due to the pain that sitting or rocking in a boat can cause on my bad days. I always just made do with whatever I could improvise. I'm interested in learning to fly fish ( I actually cast pretty well for a beginner ), I mean what the heck, I build the rods and understand them well but only tried it once when I was a kid.
