MassBass
I'm sorry if this topic has been exhausted, but I tried a knowledge base search and couldn't come up with the info I wanted. So here goes... What is the best material for casting swimbait molds? Is it a two part mold or some of the other types that people use for worms and stickbaits? I'll be using clay and other plastic swimbaits for prototypes. I'm gonna start out trying to imitate herring (or alewives as we call'em) cause I think it will be easier that bluegill or perch or trout right now and cause I can use them early next season for largemouth and stripers. So any or all the info you got can help me
Big Splash
Plaster works great for two part molds because there is no shrinkage when it cures. It's also super easy to work with.
