Im not familiar with FED Excise taxes and I dont know if i need a Tax ID # to order. I want to make my own skirts with this particular brand. He cuts his own pads from roll stock......and I think he can get Zman Kamo stock. You will have to pay the 10% excise tax. Kamo tabs are $0.1301 a piece or $14.31 per 110 tabs 10 % = $15.74 for 110 tabs. When I have ordered from them they shipped 110 tabs per color.
