Jarron
Hello, I need about 200 of these "bent up". Any idea who can do this for me at a good price? The overall legnth will be about 10" and using .073 stainless or close to it. Thanks, Jarron
cheesehead
Have you considered bending them yourself? There is a couple of ways to go about it. #1 would be to get apair of round nosed pliers (sears sells them) and just bend the wire. #2 the other way is to make a form by drilling holes into a block of wood and inserting nails or rollpins at each bend point. then just wrap your wire around each pin. Jarron
Thanks for the reply... I would rather pay someone to do them for me. Although I only need 200 as a prototype now, my required quantity will be much, much higher. I was hoping someone know of someone that may have a machine that dose this. Since I will need a "bunch" of these, bending by hand or making a jig would not be a good idea in the long run. But until I find someone to do this for me, the bolt and block method is what I will do. Thanks! Jarron
