charkins
I have been trying to perfect a blood color for gills and bleeding baits. I have tried several combinations of red, raspberry, strawberry, black, blue ,black grape, etc. Anyone have a sure fire formula for a blood color? Thanks Cal
charkins
Been in the hospital for 4 days and no replies. Guess I am not the only one that is having trouble with it. Oh well, when I do get a good one I will post it. Cal

Shack Attack
I have used LC bright red and it works for me, I have tried a drop of black to darken. One thing I found is that it gets darker and redder as it cures. I have also been told that adding one drop of white will make the red stronger; it gives the red pigment more to cling too, not sure if it works. alsworms
Maybe try LC's red with a drop of black and red hi-lite. That usually makes for a cracking good blood color.
