LedHed
Just got my new Lure-craft catalog and it looks like they are really stepping it up with the new owners. They are listing a high production ? high capacity - heated pressurized plastic pouring pot up to five gallon capacity. It's not cheap but on the same page they report that they are going to come out with one gallon models with or with out stirrers.
smallheadz
Talked to them today about the smaller version. Basically the same price because it uses the same high price parts as the larger one with just a smaller tank. He also said that this can be used for injecting and they have been injecting tubes at 8lb pressure and the pots can handle 80lb pressure. So now the question, Do I want to spend $2800? I would love to have about 3 of them myself but I think its just wishful thinking. Just thought I would pass the info.
clemmy
Hmmm, didn't get a new copy in the mail yet I did just notice that Poor Boy's plastic baits are avail at Netcraft....I wonder if Lurecraft is therefore supplying their glitter/colors/plastisol etc? ominousone
I think that lurecraft and poorboy baits are one in the same. In fact I'm perty darn sure. <---My feeble attempt at redneck ebonics
Dynastyworms
is the catalog better then last years? i need to order some stuff, should i wait tell i get the catalog??
ominousone
They have a few new things and a few of the prices have gone up slightly. It looked as if one of their molds is a horny toad mold which I have been wanting and haven't seen yet so I dunno maybe it would be worth requesting a catalog. -mat
TAE73
I recieved mine the other day, no new colors added but lots of new molds. Did anyone see the new ones that said they are completely round now? Curious how they are made and work. I also had placed a order for a tail splitter, I got the new design has 11 blades in it, seems to work pretty good and use. It is alot more money than the last one, but is made from a block of steel. Poor Boy's Woman
Hey guys - this is Kim!!! Yes, Poor Boy's Baits and LureCraft are one and the same just keeping both names since both are known for different reasons. The small production pot looks like it will cost under $2000 (just found that out day and will be available in about 2 weeks). We didn't add new colors because you can make any color you want out of the ones we carry. If you don't know what to combine to make something just give us a holler and we will be happy to assist you. If anyone wants a catalog just give us a holler. The new website will be up and operating in about 6 weeks so please excuse us if we don't change the old one with the new items, prices etc. Thanks to all of you who have made us feel real welcome!
