I use silicones inc stuff. I think I ususally use gl1000. It's available from industrial arts supply type places for about $35 per quart or so. The less expensive, common type is condensation cure. (I think tin activated)

It pours very slow, will fill any gap, and makes a permanent mold for sure. It has a limited shelf life, and gets very thick if you open it up and look at it too many times.
