My first question is where do i get this paint everyone is painting with?? will the paint you buy at walmart work????I don;t think there is a hobby lobby or anything like that around here in bristol virgina area. Please be patient with me as i'm new to trying this lure painting thing. i'm sure i will have a million questions. Is there anyone near bristol va/tenn??? Coley
Yes the waterbased craft paint you get at Walmart will work very well. I use them all the time. You will have to thin them with water. Coley

I had been using a cheap airbrush I got for 5 bucks on sale at harbor freight.. then was looking for cheap but better airbrush on eBay .. finally broke down and bought a airbrush city #1102 PRO Dual Action Air-Brush Kit .. paid 39 shipped for it .. man it is like going to sleep in the dark ages and waking up in 2006 .. Wow what a difference it is .. much better detail razor sharp lines.. I did some practice on paper yesterday with it .. cant wait to try it out on some baits. :-D .. oh and by the way welcome to the underground.. I started making baits in Dec 05, I now have local guys chasing me around wanting to know where I bought my baits lol .. I keep telling them I make my own,.. they just look at me like I'm lying to them.. Even won a tourney on them last week! Feels great to win money on baits I learned how to make here!!! If he wants some, tell him you can get him some.
