Thickness is .015 or .016 (1/64) L 1.137 (1 1/8) w .867 (7/8) top .266 (17/64) bottom .632 (5/8) I found some .016 brass and aluminum sheets at Hobby Lobby and cut out the basic shape on the band saw. I might try a snips and see if that works better. It's easier just to buy them but I won't pay $3.00 for one blade. I put one together and tried it yesterday in the river.
