kidlizard
Guys, I finally got my shop back in order after renovation. I added insulation, air conditioning, lighting and a vent hood. Man i really love it. So while I wait on my new molds from Del I have been experimenting with multi color pours, a line up I think I will call "camo". Nothing new really just blotching 2 colors in different places. I am having trouble with the timing of putting the colors together. They either want to run together or not bond smoothly. Does anyone have any tips how to make this work better other than lots of practice? By the way I took some watermelon seed and some flippin blue/w blue highlight and made some awesome looking baits. Thats the type of blue that really cathes the eye. I used 1/8th tsp per 2 cups of plastic in electric blue from lurecraft. I am sure lots of you already do it, but its awesome. Enough for now, just wanted to get something to chat about......Thanks guys John
Hoss Sauce Lures
Hey John, If u have a Cabela's Tackle Craft catalog at home look in it and u should see an item somewhere in it called a : PRO WELDER : . If i recall right, its made to bond plastic pieces together, examples it gave were: bond tails, claws, lizard feet, repair old lures  , and to  design and fabricate just about anything you want to  . Also, it runs off 1 AA or 2 AA's depending on the model u buy, if u buy one. Or you could try some soft bait glue. Well, this might not work to ur likin' and it may. Then again, it may give u the same results as u already get . I dont know. Well, if u decide to try it, good luck and i hope it works out.
