I just thought since we are all tinkerer's, it would be nice to have a lure modification forum... we don't always start from scratch, but we do also try to improve or adapt existing lures for certain circumstances... Well known (at least well rumored) examples from the past are making rapalas suspend, making cranks hunt, modifying spooks to walk, pop-r shaving, cordell spot surgery, boiling traps, braking in buzzbaits, etc. etc. I realize that many may not give up their secrets, but that applys to all our forums. I justy think it fits within the scope and interest of TU Red of course and others may have another opinion, I'd just like to start it as a discussion right know as there's alot of catch-up going on (and thanks that it is!)
