deutscherfischer
Ive tried to make some bluegill colored skirts in the past but they always comeout looking too fire tigerish. If anyone has a good recipe for making a bluegill imitation skirt please list the number of strands of each color you use. thanks
siebler_custom_baits
I really like the Baitfish layers in the bluegill color. Sometimes ill add a few strands of a dark green pmk to the back but most the time i just used them by themself.
cajun425
I have a color called sunfish: black with blue fleck top, orange pepper middle and yellow chartreuse belly. picture at http://firstlightbaits.com/SnootyPg.html Andy
whackumlures
For me, I think that the bluegill color is very different in various parts of the country. There can even be different color variations from lake to lake within a region. My suggestion would be to take a photo of a bluegill in a body of water that you frequent, and then try to match from the picture.

Shawn M
I'll try to attach a picture on my version of a bluegill skirt. If it comes out, please don't beat me up on my picture taking abilities, I'm still trying to figure that out. Shawn
