RiverMan
I have heard of folks having a considerable amount of trouble with it "pitting" and it requires a "de-gas" period too as I understand it. Have you noticed any of these problems? jed v.
muskydan666
What is pitting???Jed!?I will wait a few weeks before i prime and paint the lures so gaz can get out of it!I also add the same problemes with foam baits so...If you dont wait there's still some gaz in the lure that is a fact!!! will send some pics very soon!!Cheers.Muskydan666
RiverMan
By pitting I mean small holes in the surface Dan. jed
Snax
I'd like to know if there are any small holes in the surface too or is it smooth and ready to prime?
Snax
Hi Dan, Would you be interested in molding some lures for me? I would rather pay someone to make them for me that has the experience than try to learn from scratch. Does the featherlite foam hold screw eyes well? I need to make sure they are at least as strong as wood. Thanks! By the way, your PM box is full so if you can email me about this my address is muskysnax@yahoo.com
Coley
If you like Featherlite, try Alumilite, you will love it. It has a 1yr shelf life also. Alumilite RC-3 is like Featherlite without the micro balloons mixed in. You add exactly what you need. And yes both will hold screw eyes without any problem.
