PaBasser
My biggest thing that bugs me is time. People think I have all the time in the world when it comes to making lures. They ask how long will it take me to make them some, then say they need them tomorrow. We all must have the same village idiots. The other thing that bugs me is my wife, she doesn`t mind me making lures or the time and money it costs. She only wishes she could get her microwave, toaster, small pans, and her spandex pants back ( which made great skirts, one of a kind.) WidowMaker
Now i know the secret of why fish bite. Either they arent getting their coffee and its making them too grumpy to bite. Ot its making them mad and causing them to bite harder. Oh yeah...then there is the guy who wants a free sample to try out and he takes the skirt off and puts it on a jig and tosses the rest of the bait. Why didnt he simply ask for a skirt to begin with. Also one of the things that kind of bug me is the callouses on my finger tips from handling wire and split rings. Twice ive picked up a piece of hot lead and not known it was hot until the heat had cooked through the callouses Oh yeah my favorite...ordering a coil of stainless wire and finding the entire coil had a semi sharp bend in one spot. That bugs me. This doesnt really make me mad but there was the time quite a few years ago when a person who made fishing tackle started to work at the post office. As soon as they started there everything that had anything to do with making fishing tackle was mysteriously "damaged" and taped back up. Nothing missing but someone sure was curious. Hey maybe they frequent this board...hello post office 42450 person.
doomdart
Bugging....when your fishing companion steps on your rod while it lies on the dock and snaps the tip off.
nova
Got one that just happened to me for the first time over the weekend. Dropping a POP mold that you have about 20 hours work into and have it smash to a 100 pieces. www.novalures.com

Worse yet, making that mold and then realizing that you personally should smash it to pieces on purpose because you will not be able to pour the bait you want.
