lure_learning
I've been wanting to try it myself. How strong does it smell?
jmik26
Don't do what I did, uncap and take a big whiff. That stuff will bring you down to your knees ! Not sure if it would be less of a smell diluted and sprayed through a air brush but it very strong just uncapped. I took a small amount in some tinfoil, mixed glitter with it and brushed it on which worked very well. Anybody notice that this stuff evaporates? I looked at the bottle once and a while and noticed that the line was going down. So I took a marker and marked a line, one month later it was about 1/4" down without using any??? Weird... nova
If it smells that bad and evaporates, you might want to consider wearing your mask. I saw pictures some years ago of a company I used to buy from in Alabama. They were spraying the backs of swimbaits with paint in a booth and the guy was wearing a mask. www.novalures.com
redg8r
Yes, if the supplier didnt instruct you already, you should protect yourself. The paint ive used contained Cyclohexanone along with thinning solvents like Methyl ethyl ketone, like all solvents, it will evaporate if not tightly sealed.
