kidlizard
I was wondering what you guys had to say about Bobs two piece 3.5" bug mold. How easy is it to pour (with a pot) any problems and your overall thoughts on the bait. Have not been on here for a long time, for lots of reasons, but its good to be back. Looks like we have a lot of new members!!
Predator Bass Baits
Excellent mold and pours just as good. It will not fit under a Lee pot unless you modify the pot, I took and cut my bottom plate shorter and then wished I would have taken the bottom plate off and attached a piece of wood to it and screwed it down to something sturdy. BAssKickin
If you are talking about his Split Tail (Beaver) molds...they are FANTASTIC! Easy to pour and the bait is going to be a killer. If you use a Lee Production pot, turn the bottom plate around and secure as best you can with the screws. Then hold the plate down with some weights elevated on pieces of wood.
