unc_ross
Anyone know of any company that has a hellgrammite mold? I use to use the "flip-o-matic" hellgrammites and the small mouth ate them up. I only have a few packs left and can't find them anywhere. I have tried others but don't like them as good. They were 4'' and about 1/3 of the body was thick and round, the other end was thin, flat on the bottom, had great action, caught lots of fish. The package says Mont Rice - Flip o matic lures. Greenville, Tenn. I would love to try to pour these if I could find a mold.

Tiderunner
Lunker City makes a helgie bait in a couple of sizes and colors. I plan on trying them this year for SMB, and you're right, they are like candy to the bass. Real ones anyway.
