dsmblack
Anyone fishing with Bob's Split Tails? I was considering purchasing a couple of the molds, but wasn't sure which one to buy, the 3.5" or the 4.2". Also I wonder how my customers will like them, say, compared to a beaver. Which one are you guys using? Are you pouring them with or without salt? Alot of questions, huh. Thanks alot.

Shawn M
I have Bob's 3.5" mold and absolutely love it, one of the easiest baits for me to pour. I don't use salt and fish them on a jighead or texas rigged on light tackle. I like them better than the beavers. Shawn
Party Crasher
I have the 3.5 also and it's great. In my area I encounter both Largemouth and Smallmouth and I think that the smaller bait is better for the Smallies. I pour mine with the same exact formula that I use for sticks. I texas-rig them. Great mold!
SwampBaits
I have the 4.2 bugz. I think they are almost easier to pour than stick baits. I used my stick bait forumla to pour the bugz one time and it turned out a full bait. The vents on those baits are very impressive!
