I can't really find any information on what makes a blade good, just brands to look for, anyone have an answer for that, as well? Thanks! cheesehead Posted February 4, 2007 Report Share Posted February 4, 2007 high quaility blades will have a deeper cup to them and will be made from high quality marine brass or brass alloy. Also look for blades that the mnufacuerer sells with their highest quality finishes such as gold or silver plating.
