LunkerPunker
I have doll eyes and all the wtp eyes. I am searching for the eyes that have the more defined pupils and iris in them. A goo example would be the river 2 sea lure eyes or the eyes used on the mattlures bluegill. Any advice is sincerely appreciated! Thanx! silverdoctor
I've been using eyes available at fly tying supply houses; they are similar to lucky craft but not quite the quality. white, yellow or red; hemispherical in various sizes. while they have an adhesive, I use super glue to hold secure until epoxy coating applied. Orvis has some; expensive. Kaufmann in the north east and others. Hope this helps.

dampeoples
Yeah, they do look killer, but $2 set is steep! I would think that melting the plastic a little, by heating a metal rod up, touching it the the bait, then sticking the eye on, or soft bait glue would work to affix the eyes
nova
I was looking at the smallmouth eyes at almost $7 a pair. wow www.novalures.com
lurerookie
I found some a couple of months ago at BPS that look very much like the ones on Lucky Craft lures, but I haven't seen them in the catalog. Not sure if they are available online or not. Similar to the ones at Orvis and othe fly shops, but less expensive.
castmaster
i just use the bird eyes, specialty eyes or woodcarvers eyes. a little less expensive.
