The search will take you to some pre-made agreements. Modify a pre-existing to suit and follow microtek60's suggestion. I tournament fish in Winneconne, Wisconsin and I'll sign the darn thing to help you out if you need. I wouldn’t say that I am "prominent tournament guy" but I can say that I am on the water over 100 times a year. The big tourney guys call me to find out how's the bite.
