Elken Posted February 8, 2007 Report Share Posted February 8, 2007 They work pretty well, my only beef about them it that they have some sharp corners from them being punched out. I ended up runnin a file over the edges and corners. Most of the time it wouldn't matter, but I didn't want to worry about the blade abrading the line on casts or when the retrieve started. One side is slick and the other is a little rough it is a good idea to run a file across the edge on the rough side. I think they are .018 or maybe .020 in thickness and not easy to bend. I decided to do my own blades in bulk with a curved faced rather than the flate one that barlows sells. If you want to try mine shoot me a PM with your mailing info and I will send you some for free.
